The Spoon stool was designed by Antonio Citterio for Kartell in Italy. This is the perfect task stool for an architects office, illustrator-, designer- and drafting office. It is also a perfect counter bar stool for restaurants, bars, hotels and kitchen counters. A very original stool that is equally functional. The innovation of Spoon consists mainly in attaching the seat to central support with a specially reinforced curve that guarantees flexibility and comfort. Furthermore, because of a sophisticated design solution, the gas lift pump adjusts to heights between 22.2 inches to 30 inches and is perfectly inserted into the stem. In the same ingenious fashion, the handle that regulates this mechanism is perfectly concealed inside the seat. Spoon lends itself to any surrounding be it a kitchen, bar or restaurant.
