Marcel Wanders's Prop Light range is a stunning collection of contemporary, glittering lighting designs which are suitable for a variety of placements Prop Light Round is a beautiful circle of light that creates an attractive focal point while providing stylish illumination. Larger than most chandeliers with a whopping diameter of 28.9 inches (735mm), the extra large "Prop Light Round" is well-suited for large spaces that require large overhead lighting such as large homes or restaurants. This Moooi chandelier adds instant drama and light to any space. Prop Light Round, a creation by Dutch designers Pot+Wanders for Moooi, is destined to become a new classic.

Prop Light is equipped with a comfortably warm LED light source, spreading it's light by a specially developed optics. All versions are dimmable with an external wall dimmer (not included). The Prop Light Round is a design by Bertjan Pot & Marcel Wanders. Glass bubbles cover the bulbs on Bertjan Pot's Prop lights, which are shaped like disks or oblongs that can by mounted on the wall, suspended from the ceiling or stood on the floor. Bertjan Pot is a designer, probably best known for his Random Light (1999). The light started as a material experiment, which is basically the start of each product created by Studio Bertjan Pot. The outcome is usually an interior product showing a fascination for techniques, structures, patterns and colors. Most experiments start quite impulsively by a certain curiosity for how things would function or how something would look. From there Bertjan takes on challenges with manufacturers to explore possibilities and push the boundaries a bit. The reward for each challenge is a new one. Studio Bertjan Pot works with manufacturers such as Arco, Established & Sons, Feld, Gelderland, Montis, Moooi and Richard Lampert.
