The longer than usual (24") Opus Centerpiece is a creation by Italian designer Guido Venturini for Alessi Italy. Alessi's Opus is an elegant open-work wave structure reminiscent of coral reefs. Select either white- or red epoxy resin coated steel or 18/10 stainless steel mirror polished.

Guido Venturini is an Italian designer who was born in Alfonsine, Italy, in '57. A multidisciplinary designer, Guido Venturini is both an industrial designer and architect but also handles interior architecture and design. Together with Stefano Giovannoni, Venturini founded the King-Kong studio in the 1980s. Together, they designed famous products together for Alessi, such as for example the extremely successful "Opus" series. Guido Venturini taught at the Domus Academy in Florence and at the Architecture faculty. Music is his great passion and source of inspiration.
