Normann Copenhagen 'Norm 69' Pendant Lamp. Simon Karkov's Modern Danish Norm 69 is a sophisticated tribute on the mid-century modern Poul Henningsen style light fixtures of the 1950s. Norman Copenhagen's Norm 69 is available in four sizes, which are finished in a pure and simple white, and they fit well with most homes and tastes. The large, extra large and imposing xx-large version of Norm 69 is perfect for tall ceilings, large hallways or in larger living rooms while the small lamp emits a comfortable light for above the dining room table. This elegant DIY (do it yourself) pendant comes flat-packaged and the lamp takes about 30 minutes on average to assemble. A 8' white electrical cord with lamp socket is included. Takes standard E26 base light bulbs (light bulb not included), 60W maximum.

Nature and flowers have been a constant source of inspiration for Normann Copenhagen's Simon Karkovs designed pendant lights and the resemblance to a flower can clearly be seen when looking at the Norm 06 lamps curved leaf-like components. The lamp has a soft shape with an organic feel to it and looks stunning in any interior. This Norm 69 pendant lamp kit spreads a mild and diffused anti-dazzle light, which is dispersed through the lamp's rounded silhouette. With Norm 69, designer Simon Karkov has taken the archetypal DIY pendant lamp kit and created a new and exciting piece of lighting from an original idea inspired by the shape of PH lamps for Normann Copenhagen. Simon Karkov says "Whenever I get an idea I draw a sketch which is then transformed into a model. The model is then adjusted over a period of time until the final prototype can be done. I dream of developing new ways of designing furniture and larger objects through the self-assembly concept." Karkov is well known for his Norm lighting series offered through a collaboration with Normann Copenhagen. This collection of modern hanging lights and lamps are instantly recognizable and strike a wonderful chord in sharp, modern interiors.
