Japanese paper in radiant light: If you are looking for a strong luminaire with pure white light, then the MOODMOON White by Sebastian Hepting für Ingo Maurer is just right for you. The white version of the coloured MOODMOON radiates a high colour rendition and is at the same time poetic, thanks to the handmade Japanese paper used for the shades of the MOODMOON White. The Japanese paper of the MOODMOON White has an individual structure that is penetrated by bright, warm white LEDs as a rear projection, creating a poetic lighting effect.

Isolated irregularities in the paper of the handmade shade may be visible, they give the luminaire by Sebastian Hepting for Ingo Maurer its unique character. MOODMOON White is particularly suitable for flat and large rooms and with 4000 lumens offers quite a lot of light. In contrast to the coloured version, MOODMOON White has a light source with monochrome, warm white LEDs. The square version is suitable as a wall luminaire, the round one can also be used as a ceiling luminaire. Thanks to the flat design, both versions add only 5cm to the height of the luminaire.

The LED strips designed in COB technology have the effect of a continuous band of light thanks to a very high number of LEDs per metre and the continuously closed phosphor layer. Individual LED dots are no longer recognisable; the light source thus becomes a self-contained circle that shows through the paper. Remote control MOODMOON White comes with a radio remote control (2.4 GHz) in a minimalist black design that can be used to dim the luminaire continuously. The memory effect ensures that the last selected brightness is restored when switched on.

Several luminaires can be linked together and then controlled synchronously via a single remote control. The distance between the luminaires can be up to 25m. The remote control is magnetic and thus adheres to metallic surfaces or to a holder, which is also supplied and can be fixed to the wall. This way, the remote control has a fixed place and cannot get lost.
