The seat of the side chair is made of one piece molded plywood. A beech core lamination with face in veneer of Red Gum. The base of the chair is made of steel tubing in a bright chrome finish. The curves of the molded plywood shell and the slender lines of bright chrome make the metal base chair an elegant alternative to the wood base chair. In casual or formal setting, metal base chairs are stackable, strong, and lightweight. Flexible but solid back rest makes the side chair comfortable.
